Blackpaw was distracted from Lightpaws response when his sister returned to camp with a dead body and an unknown wolf, Dovefrost had gone after Maplepaw so the young wolf could only expect that she was also on the way. Which obviously meant this red eyed brat wasn't a threat, Blackpaw always preferred others fighting for him anyway, using his sharp tongue was his preferred way to fight. He stood and padded over not paying any attention to the dead corpse, it wasn't one of the clan so he didn't exactly care who it was, ignoring the glare Maplepaw sent his way Blackpaw sniffed the stranger circling him once before stopping infront of him. Maplepaw wasn't the type to bring a stranger to camp without an adults permission and her own gut saying it was the right thing to do, “What now? Cloudstar will judge your worth. IF you are accepted into the clan you will be given a name like ours, and the rank of apprentice. You will be assigned a mentor who will teach you our ways and train you” the dark black wolf responded, privately he was quite proud of the rather dashing scar that he had over his eye courtesy of Lionpaw. He was so bored of staying in camp, he wanted to go out and find a decent place to nap in the sun withut the consant yammering of idiots that seemed to happen in camp. It was then that a familiar scent made itself known, it issued forth from the corpse of the dead wolf, sniffing the carcass it quickly became clear to him why they hahd been brought here in the first place “My my my, the little loathesome fairy maggot Lionpaw murdered your associate here. That makes her total kills 3 that we know of, simply charming. No wonder Maplepaw brought you here, no doubt she feels guilty that one of our ex members did away with your... father i'm guessing. How tragic” he however didn't care, he'd already beaten her in his mind so this colatteral damage was of no interest to him. Stifling a yawn barely he ignored the emptiness of the strangers eyes, he had no intention of remembering when he'd had that look upon his face, instead his orange gaze met his sisters green eyes where he silently told her to keep an eye on the brute. Stepping around them he still could not see Dovefrost, everyone else seemed rather busy at present as well, the temptation to snoop through other clans territories was becoming stronger with every passing day. For now however he remained in camp, backing off and returning to Lightpaw whom he pushed over with a powerful flick of his nose, he wasn't great at showing affection and this perhaps was the closest thing he knew. Their parents had never showered them with the type of affection most pups got, they had rules to follow, and the privilage of snuggling into their parents fur was something neither of them knew of. Thus the somewhat bullying gesture was his best attempt.
